THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE HOME..TAP TAP TAP

Home Sweet Home
Home is Where the Heart is
Bloom where you are planted
Patience is a Virtue
Mind over Matter...........
These are just a few of the sayings that I've been thinking about lately. Jeff and I have been "in the process" of buying a house since the middle of March. (count the days) I have seriously been naive about the entire process. From moving out of our rental and dealing with our landlords to understanding what happens when you put the pen to paper and make an offer and the machine goes to work. I am undoubtedly discouraged and tired of everything. One day I might see the "bright" side of things..then things get really sour.
I HATE when people say "are you in your house yet?" It almost feels like when I would be 8 and a half months pregnant and someone would say "haven't you had your baby yet?" (weird comparison) Everyone has their opinion about what is going on and what we should do. But mostly I just hate talking about it ......because there just isn't anything to say........but No we are still intruding on my son and daughter- in- law. We are still using the 7 pieces of clothing we brought with us thinking that a couple of weeks at the most with a washing machine would be plenty. We are still without our "things". We are still paying for a rental unit. We are still looking toward the move-in as the days get hotter and hotter. We are still trying to decide how to handle the matter with our rental home. We are still trying to do callings and work in a very distracted life. So, as of today we have no idea when this will end....we are doing all we can do and that has to be enough. If this is supposed to happen then I guess it will. I am weary, Jeff is tired, Ross is impatient. WE NEED SOME GOOD NEWS! Sorry that this post is just venting......but it is my blog and i can cry if I want to. ....cry if i want to.....cry if i want to.......you would cry too if it happened to you----ou---do do do do do do! (how come there are no note symbols on a computer keyboard?)
Hope to post something positive soon.
P.S. It has been awesome being with my little granddaughters....Jillian and Camille (what a blessing)

That sounds like quite the adventure. I couldn't believe the stories of your landlords. I guess the Lord has a plan for this and you'll have to wait and see how it turns out!

Just checking to see if I figured out my username and password. Hey by the way, why hasn't anyone commented on the fishing pictures with the grandgirls?
